A stalwart in the realms of real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure, Mr. TRK Reddy stands as the torchbearer of his organisation's vision, values, and strategic expansion. An accomplished bureaucrat turned entrepreneur, he holds an MBA from Andhra University and served in the Customs Department under the Ministry of Finance for a decade before embarking on a transformative journey into the private sector.

In 2002, he made a decisive foray into hospitality and real estate, founding the acclaimed Celebrations hospitality chain in Hyderabad. His foresight and innovative approach further led to the establishment of Karthikavanam, an eco-tourism venture in Visakhapatnam. Over the years, he has spearheaded numerous landmark developments in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam under Sri Ram Homes, culminating in the creation of Lansum Etania—an opulent high-rise gated community.

Continuing his legacy of innovation, Mr. TRK Reddy co-founded Terra Liva Estates LLP, collaborating with a new generation of aspiring entrepreneurs to redefine modern living.

A Legacy Bearer of Dr. Vundela Malakonda Reddy a visionary leader with a diverse academic background, Mr. Dasari Tejo Ananth holds a Bachelor of Law from Osmania University along with a Bachelor of Science Diploma in Football and Sports Studies from Liverpool Hope University, England. His deep-rooted passion for sports led him to establish the Hyderabad Football Academy.

Born into a family with extensive business interests spanning multiple sectors, he has seamlessly combined expertise, strategic foresight, and entrepreneurial acumen to carve his own niche in the real estate industry.

Driven by a commitment to redefining urban landscapes, he founded Simchah Estates Pvt. Ltd., where he serves as Managing Director, and Parallel Design House LLP. His unwavering dedication to innovation continues to shape extraordinary living experiences.

Dasari Sandhya Sree

Director

A celebrated architect with an illustrious career spanning over three decades, Ms. Dasari Sandhya Sree is a Gold Medalist in M.Arch – Landscape from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, and holds a B.Arch from Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad.

Renowned for her extensive contributions to landscape architecture, she has successfully executed over 200 projects, including iconic collaborations with the state governments on projects such as the Lotus Pond, Krishnakanth Park, and the Japanese Garden. She is the driving force behind Frontiers Infra Pvt. Ltd., Frontiers Design Syndicate Pvt. Ltd., and Sumanjali Landscapes.

She's a true visionary who continuously challenges conventional methodologies, redefining spaces that inspire and transcend the ordinary, putting her knowledge and expertise into responsibly crafting spaces that add more to the tomorrow to come.

Being a visionary entrepreneur and a distinguished architect, Ms. Thadi Snigdha holds a B.Arch and M.Arch from Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University, Hyderabad. Driven by an unwavering passion to uphold and elevate her family's legacy, she embarked on an entrepreneurial journey in the realms of architecture and construction.

Her foray into the field began at an early age, overseeing the execution of landmark projects under the aegis of industrial trailblazer Mr. TRK Reddy. With over six years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, her expertise is deeply rooted in both design and execution.

She is the managing director of Simchah Estates Pvt. Ltd. and the founder and designated partner of Parallel Design House LLP. Her leadership is defined by innovation, precision, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence in real estate development.
